Job Description
A People Culture & Wellness Manager is a strategic leader who cultivates a positive and productive workplace culture by fostering employee well-being, engagement, and satisfaction. The manager will develop and execute innovative strategies to elevate the employee experience and work collaboratively with the Head of Recruitment to ensure a smooth and effective induction and employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in organizational/Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
