This role focuses on support within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, requiring a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and expense tools (Ramp, bill.com, Justworks)
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
