The role involves tactical support for high-touch accounts, overseeing a portfolio of low-touch customers, and scaling customer education efforts. This is a hands-on role where the specialist will ensure customers have the resources they need to fully leverage the platform.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer education, customer support, or a related role in B2B SaaS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Tech-savvy - comfortable working with tools like iMovie, Adobe Suite, Vimeo, Jira, Salesforce/CRM, Zendesk, G-Suite, Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solver and customer-focused.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work remotely.
