Requirements

• Fluent English speaker
• At least 1 - 3 years experience in a customer facing role
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Comfort working remote
• Familiarity with collaboration (Slack) & ticketing software (Hubspot) & quick learning of complex software products
