Sr. Director, Global Contracts

HireRight is seeking a Sr. Director to oversee their global customer-contracting function, advise executives and management on contract matters, and manage contracts with customers and distribution partners. This hybrid position requires experience in large-volume contract management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance in a rapidly changing legal environment.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to a state bar and in good standing
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a lawyer with commercial, customer-side contracting required
• Experience handling a high-volume contracting program directed at commercial customers
• Experience managing a team of lawyers and nonlawyers (domestic and international)
• Experience implementing an electronic contract lifecycle management system
• Experience Handling contracts for distribution channels
• Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred
