We are looking for a Project Manager for Technical Building Equipment (TGA) with experience in electrical engineering, building automation, or classical building technology. Your tasks will include independent project management, quality assurance, cost control, and implementation of project analyses.
Requirements
- Completed studies in building technology, electrical engineering, automation technology, building automation, or comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in planning, construction execution, or project management of medium to large building projects in the field of TGA, electrical engineering, or building automation
- In-depth knowledge of project management as well as planning and implementation of technical building projects
- Experience in commissioning, acceptance, and handover processes
- Secure handling of AHO, HOAI, and VOB (Parts A, B, and C)
- High ability to prioritize, structured, and independent working style
- High service and team orientation as well as communication strength in word and writing
- Decisive and sovereign appearance with high quality awareness
- Readiness for professional and personal further development
- Will to travel and valid driver's license
