The Prep Cook / Dishwasher supports daily kitchen and seafood production operations through food preparation, sanitation, dishwashing, and receiving.
Requirements
- 6+ months kitchen, dishwashing, or food prep experience preferred
- Basic knife skills and willingness to learn seafood processing
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods
