Job Description
This is a multi-rotation co-op opportunity based in Cleveland, Ohio. The role involves cross-functional experience in manufacturing-related engineering across several areas like process engineering, forging design engineering, and manufacturing engineering. Participants complete a 3-rotation model in Spring/Fall, with Summer rotation. The role requires physical activity and exposure to potential risks.
Requirements
- Develop an understanding of metal forming processes
- Work with a cross-functional team to support operations of an automated forging line
- Develop 3D parametric solid modeling skills
- Learn the forging simulation tool DeForm
- Develop problem solving skills in support of equipment failures
