Job Description
Howmet Aerospace Inc. is seeking a Structural Inspection Technician to inspect castings and patterns using Coordinate Measuring Machines and other equipment. This role involves dimensionally inspecting castings, performing data analysis, providing technical support, and adhering to quality standards and safety procedures. The company supplies jet engine components to some of the world's most respected aerospace manufacturers.
Requirements
- Interpret complex blueprints and inspection requirements
- Utilize analysis and 3D CAD software (GOM, ATOS, UniGraphics, Geomagic, Polyworks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and UG
- Advanced math skills (algebra, trigonometry, geometry)
- Experience with metrology equipment
