Job Description
Performs inspections on machined seamless rolled rings or forgings to ensure conformance with work orders and blueprints. Supports Quality Improvement activities and non-conformance systems. The role involves visual and mechanical measurement and inspection, drawing interpretation, and providing support to the machine shop.
Requirements
- Understand geometric dimensioning and tolerance in accordance with ANSI Y14.5.
- Be able to visually and mechanically measure and inspect parts utilizing final inspection tools.
- Be able to interpret drawings.
- Maintain a safe and organized workstation and follow all company policy, safety and procedures.
