The Inside Account Representative partners with the Account Executive to retain recurring revenue and create new opportunities with existing or new accounts.
Requirements
- Achieve sales quotas and maintain pipeline health
- Manage account relationships and drive business growth
- Collaborate with the AE to nurture new business and manage account strategy
- Engage with various stakeholders, including customer teams, internal coordinators, and sales specialists
- Ensure successful solution implementation and support product adoption
- Identify expand opportunities and collaborate with AE/partners in account planning
- Independently drive lower value and transactional deals from qualification to close
- Assist or lead activities related to product selection, demonstrations, RFP responses, CPQ management, and catalogue updates
- Support the sales cycle, including project management, pricing, solutioning, sales closure, and technical demos
- Support account relationships to drive sales and ensure pipeline management
