Senior Legal Associate

This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements, providing legal advisory support to various teams, and ensuring compliance with data protection laws. The position focuses on risk management, legal research, and corporate governance tasks related to fintech and SaaS operations.

Requirements

• LLB or LLM from a reputable university (foreign qualification preferred)
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law, contract law, and international compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of GDPR, AML/KYC, data protection, and intellectual property
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate across departments
