Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand to join our growing TA team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline and a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. The role will involve leading a team of talent acquisition specialists, developing creative initiatives to strengthen staff engagement, and ensuring an amazing hiring journey for candidates.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant work experience
• Solid experiences in Recruitment and Talent Management
• Experience in regional/overseas recruitment activities is an advantage
• Be familiar with the multicultural working environment
• Self-starter, be attentive, supportive and responsible
• Possess of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strong sense of responsibilities and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasks
• Be able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
