Cloud Engineer

This Cloud Engineer position offers technical support to global Huawei Cloud customers, ensuring the smooth operation of their private and hybrid cloud environments. The role involves troubleshooting, migration, and leveraging Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) for scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud infrastructure services, particularly Huawei Cloud, and a strong understanding of security, performance, and operational considerations.

Requirements

• Experience with private cloud or Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) environments
• Candidate must have migration project experience Cloud to Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-prem to Cloud
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues to enhance product reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and reliability teams to diagnose and solve cloud-related problems
• Summarize and create technical documentation related to cloud services
• Conduct enablement training for customers
• Maintain effective communication with global HQ teams and other stakeholders
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Provide technical consulting and support for Huawei Cloud Stack and Public Cloud
