Cloud Engineer

This Cloud Engineer role provides technical support for global customers using Huawei Cloud and Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS). The position involves ensuring smooth cloud operations, providing reliable and scalable solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver secure cloud deployments. It offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving cloud platform.

Requirements

• Experience with private cloud or Huawei Cloud Stack (HCS) environments
• Candidate must have migration project experience Cloud to Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) or on-prem to Cloud
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues to enhance product reliability
• Collaborate closely with engineering and reliability teams to diagnose and solve cloud-related problems
• Summarize and create technical documentation, experience sharing, demos, and reference cases related to cloud services
• Conduct enablement training for customers, helping them adopt and utilize Huawei Cloud and HCS services efficiently
• Maintain effective communication with global HQ teams and other stakeholders
• Participate in on-call rotations, responding to incidents and addressing issues promptly
• Provide technical consulting and support for Huawei Cloud Stack and Public Cloud
