Construction Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a Construction Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control, procurement, and financial reporting across multiple construction and fit-out projects. This role involves preparing detailed budgets, conducting feasibility studies, negotiating with contractors, and ensuring project costs are within budget and on time. Collaboration with project managers and design teams is also part of the responsibilities.

Requirements

• Prepare detailed cost plans and budgets for new store builds and refurbishments
• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and value engineering
• Manage the tendering process and negotiate with contractors and suppliers
• Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines
• Handle contractor payments, valuations, and final accounts
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction methods, legal regulations, and QSR trends
