Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, including air conditioning, water heaters, plumbing, painting, carpentry, and other building maintenance areas. This position requires strong knowledge of building maintenance and specialized knowledge in one or more trades/skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) with advanced training resulting in a certification
- a degree/journeyman license in building maintenance
- one or more skilled trades or other related subject
- 4-6 years experience in residential maintenance
- strong knowledge of Building Maintenance and specialized knowledge in one or more of the following trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or locksmith
