Job Description
Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing. Performs skilled work in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or locksmith. Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions and perform physical work.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Advanced training in a skilled trade
- 4-6 years of experience in residential maintenance
- Strong knowledge of Building Maintenance
- Specialized knowledge in one or more trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or locksmith
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Reliable and dependable attendance and punctuality
- Driver's License
- EPA certification within 180 Days
