Job Description
The Maintenance Technician II provides general and specialized maintenance to rental housing, responding to service requests and performing skilled work in various trades. This role requires a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as physical stamina to work in all weather conditions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4-6 years of experience in residential maintenance
- Certification in one or more trades/skills: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliance repair, or locksmith
- EPA certification within 180 Days
- Valid Driver's License
