We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to accompany companies on their way to intelligent automation. As a strategic partner and value consultant, you will work closely with our customers, understand their individual needs, and steer strategic initiatives to maximize the value they derive from our solutions and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- 3-4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting - ideally in the SaaS or AI field
- Proven successes in building and implementing customer success processes, playbooks, and strategies
- In-depth understanding of adoption and retention metrics, as well as customer lifecycle management
- Experience with enterprise SaaS deployments or digital transformation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly convey complex topics
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret customer data and implement concrete measures
- Passion for AI automation, process optimization, and business transformation
- Fluent English and German language skills are required
