Customer Success Manager, German Speaker

At Semperis, our mission is to be a Force for Good, creating an employee experience rooted in purpose, growth, and balance. We're seeking a Commercial Customer Success Manager, German Speaking to help scale our success programs for commercial customers in the EMEA region.

Requirements

• 2+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or related role
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• Strong aptitude and drive to develop and maintain a deep understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies
• Experience working in a scaled/digital Customer Success environment or supporting a large, diverse customer base
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption and customer outcomes at scale
