Job Description
The Sales Engineer's primary role is to drive new business and support existing clients for the company's engineering services. This position requires strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients, propose solutions, and guide them through the project delivery process. The ideal candidate will lead the entire sales cycle.
Requirements
- 3+ years of engineering experience in a professional environment
- MBA or desire to grow towards an MBA
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience with marketing platforms
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality work
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- High level of conscientiousness and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
