Igloo is looking for a Business Development Manager (Brokerage) to identify, prospect, and close deals with distribution partners and insurance companies. The role involves managing distribution channels, stakeholder management, and increasing MRR and NDR from existing customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields (Insurance, IT, Technology, Finance or Banking)
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders
- Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure
- Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira)
