Regional Solutions Architect, Tech Solutions (APAC)

Igloo, an insurtech firm established in Singapore, is seeking a Regional Solutions Architect to design, integrate, and deploy their AI-powered tech solutions for enterprise clients across the Asia Pacific region. This role focuses on bridging the gap between client needs and technical solutions, advocating for the client's perspective, and ensuring a smooth and effective handoff to the delivery team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, possess domain expertise in the APAC market, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing technical role within an Enterprise B2B SaaS company.
• Deep domain expertise working with Financial Services and Insurance carriers in the APAC region.
• Proven track record of success supporting a sales team to achieve targets in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Strong conceptual understanding of modular SaaS platforms and API-first strategies.
• Proficiency in discussing system integrations, data models, cloud environments, AI implementations, and enterprise security protocols.
• Owner-Operator mindset with a proactive and bias-for-action approach.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience working within an agile or fast-paced delivery environment.
