Reservations Agent

The InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth guest experiences. The role involves providing excellent communication, upselling opportunities, and resolving guest issues to maximize revenue and maintain guest satisfaction. Requirements

• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a customer service-related role in a luxury hotel environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Opera PMS or similar hotel systems preferred
• A passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver personalized, memorable service
