Job Description
We are seeking an IT Sales Account Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the sales life cycle, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Generate new leads by focusing on hunting for new opportunities
- Manage the sales life cycle, including bidding and proposal development
- Ensure customer satisfaction through project implementation and after-sales support
- Meet or exceed revenue targets by bringing in new customer logos and cross/upselling to existing accounts
- Act as a single point of contact for customers and maintain a continuous knowledge of project status
- Identify and develop new leads from existing accounts and increase the services offered to customers
- Prepare full account development plans to identify business opportunities and maximize revenue
- Support Sales Operations team to maintain and update customer files and facilitate contract renewals
