Account Manager (Farmer)

Ilia is seeking a passionate Account Manager for 80% of the time, focusing on upselling and cross-selling to base accounts within the financial, insurance, and mobility sectors. This role requires a strategic sales plan development, relationship building with key accounts, and proactive execution of commercial and technical proposals. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, negotiator, and collaborative team player.

Requirements

• Strong and solid experience in sales, preferably in technology consultancy, squad allocation in technology and complex projects in technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering or related areas.
• Solid knowledge of business negotiation in technology/digital transformation/IA.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Results-oriented and focused on goals.
• Proactive, initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Teamworking abilities.
• CRM knowledge of the market.
• Advanced English.
