Job Description
Impact Kitchen is seeking a passionate and effective Assistant Culinary Experience Manager (ACEM) to lead all aspects of kitchen operations and customer service at their New York location. The role involves food preparation, cleanliness, and team development, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality meals and excellent guest experiences. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.
Requirements
- Culinary Degree (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of progressive kitchen management experience
- Proven success managing food and labour costs
- Comprehensive knowledge of food production, cost controls, sanitation, and kitchen safety
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Flexible availability (including weekends and holidays)
- Ability to lift over 20 lbs
