Job Description
Impact Kitchen is seeking a Culinary Experience Manager to lead a team of kitchen staff and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The role involves overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, managing food quality and hygiene, and leading training to drive team success. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth to eventually become a Restaurant General Manager.
Requirements
- Culinary Degree
- 3+ years progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
- Understanding of food production, sanitation, cost controls and presentation
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work long hours
- Willingness to lift over 20lbs
