Sr Clinical Sales Training Manager

As a Senior Clinical Sales Training Manager, you will lead the development and execution of training initiatives for external customer-focus education programs and internal salesforce education programs. You will create and implement scalable training programs to improve product deployment skill levels and drive sales growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in design and administration of training programs in the medical device industry
• Clinical background (Cath lab technician, nurse, etc.), or strong medical device sales skills and track record
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills
• Experience working with sales workforce and healthcare professionals
• Ability to multitask, be flexible, adaptable and manage time effectively
• Proven product knowledge in business area
