Job Description
Imperative Care is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their team. The role involves full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, hiring qualified candidates, and building relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. This is a full-time, hybrid position in a Campbell, CA office.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing the recruitment and hiring process
- Experience in a regulated medical device or life sciences environment (preferred)
- Flexibility to support multiple hiring managers and HRBPs
- Expertise in sourcing techniques (direct, social media, passive)
- Comfort using HR databases (ADP), applicant tracking systems (Jazz), and Microsoft Office
