Job Description
The Senior Recruiter - Physician Recruiting supports Memorial Healthcare System’s (MHS) mission, vision and values through sourcing and selection activities that source, select, and hire top leadership talent. Supports the Physician and Provider Recruitment leadership by providing coaching, training, and support to recruitment team assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelors: Human Resources Management (Required)
- Three (3) years of Full Cycle Recruitment experience
- Additional Education Info: Human Resources, Business Administration/Management, or in a job related field
