Job Description
incident.io is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to build, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that empower their sales team. The role focuses on onboarding, playbooks, training, and tooling to drive seller success. It's a hands-on position requiring a builder with experience in building programs from scratch and utilizing tools like Salesforce and Notion.
Requirements
- Proven track record of designing and scaling enablement programs at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Builder/operator mindset
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Notion, and LMS platforms
