Job Description
SiteMinder is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to support the rollout and embedding of sales enablement initiatives across the AMER region. This role involves tracking sales competencies, providing coaching and training, maintaining enablement resources, and delivering training content. It requires a blend of in-office and remote collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related function
- Proven success supporting the rollout and adoption of sales tools and processes
- Experience in CRM (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience managing enablement documentation
- Experience in delivering enablement or training content
- Data-driven and methodical approach
- Proactive and detail-oriented
