Job Description
incident.io is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales team, offer technical expertise, and design customized solutions for customers.
Requirements
- Proven track record in a similar role, with experience in a technical pre-sales or solutions engineering role, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude with a natural curiosity to understand how things work and why.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience explaining complex topics in a clear manner, and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a track record of seeking out new challenges and embracing feedback to improve performance
