Front Office Administrative Assistant

The Front Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the entire company, handling various duties such as scheduling, mail distribution, and greeting customers. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

• Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate people
• Reviewing, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Greeting customers and vendors when they arrive at the building
• Keeping office clean and organized
• Assisting with vendors and providing support to the Facility and Safety Manager as needed
• Maintaining accurate inventory of office supplies
• Scanning and filing documents
• Coordinating with administrative staff throughout the company to maintain smooth operations
