Security Support Analyst

Infojini Consulting is seeking a Security Support Analyst to provide second-level support for the installation and configuration of Genetec Security Center and IP cameras, and other system components for the FACS project. The role involves receiving and documenting support requests, investigating problems, and escalating issues to the Application Owner.

Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent work background plus IT Support experience and enterprise software environment or equivalent
• Experience with Genetec Security Center preferred
• Strong working knowledge of office applications (i.e. MS Excel, MS Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
• Problem Diagnosis skills [i.e., discovery, replication, troubleshooting, resolution, verification, communication and/or escalation as required]
• Ability to learn complex business functions
• Computer Science Degree or related discipline; professional certification
