Infosys is seeking an experienced immigration counsel to join the Americas Employment & Immigration Law Team. The Senior Corporate Counsel will be responsible for all immigration-related inquiries to support Infosys’s North America immigration practices and policies.
Requirements
- Juris doctorate degree and a member in good standing with the applicable state bar
- 8+ years of overall dedicated immigration law experience in a law firm and/or in-house position
- Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. business and employment visa-related immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
- Excellent analytical oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to teamwork and a collaborative work environment, including the ability to work effectively within a geographically distributed global team.
- Experience with immigration enforcement matters with Department of Labor, USCIS, and other agencies.
