Job Description
Ingerman is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform repairs, troubleshoot, and maintain assigned properties. This on-site position contributes to a positive team environment and delivers tangible benefits to customers, such as making a real difference in their lives. Maintenance responsibilities include property upkeep, repairs, and preventative maintenance on both owned and rented properties.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of maintenance or construction experience
- One year of experience as a full-charge residential maintenance technician is preferred
- One year of introductory supervisory experience and above average motivation preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations preferred
- EPA certification preferred
- HVAC certification preferred
- Hand tools
- ANSI approved steel-toe shoes/composite
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel up to 10-20% of the time
