As Head of Sales for Health Insurance and Public Health, you will be responsible for the overall responsibility for the strategic and operational sales in one of our most important growth markets.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in strategic sales responsibility with a focus on sales development, order intake, and pipeline management.
- Experience in translating sales strategies into concrete operational measures and consistently implementing them in a goal-oriented manner.
- Experience in disciplinary and professional leadership of sales teams.
- In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare sector, particularly in the environment of statutory health insurance (GKV) as well as in the public health and administrative sectors.
- Experience in selling IT, digitization, or consulting services in regulated industries, ideally in the healthcare sector or public sector.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, developed ownership thinking, and a high willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development.
