Requirements
- Several years of proven experience in strategic sales responsibility with a focus on sales development, order intake, and pipeline management.
- Experience in translating sales strategies into concrete operational measures and implementing them consistently and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with KPIs, forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM systems and use them for data-driven sales management.
- Several years of experience in disciplinary and professional leadership of sales teams and understand how to lead teams through clear vision, responsibility, and shared perspectives.
- In-depth knowledge of the German healthcare system, particularly in the context of statutory health insurance (GKV) and public health and administration.
- Experience in selling IT, digitalization, or consulting services in regulated industries, preferably in the healthcare or public sector.
