Requirements

• Several years of proven experience in strategic sales responsibility with a focus on sales development, order intake, and pipeline management.
• Experience in translating sales strategies into concrete operational measures and consistently and goal-orientedly implementing them.
• Confident in working with KPIs, forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM systems and use these for data-based sales management.
• Experience in building, further developing, and scaling sales structures as well as in managing complex presales and offer processes.
• Sound knowledge of the German health care system, particularly in the field of statutory health insurance (GKV) and public health and administration.
• Experience in selling IT, digitalization, or consulting services in regulated industries, preferably in the health care or public sector.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, pronounced ownership thinking, as well as a high willingness to learn and motivation for continuous development.
