Facilities Project Manager

ICMS is a Professional & Technical Management Consulting firm seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager to oversee the execution of facility operations, maintenance, and support services. The role involves scheduling, planning, directing, and coordinating activities for the facility, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing client communication and interactions. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

• Manage safety compliance of all work performed at the facility.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding per government requirements.
• Maintain a positive culture and create a culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Plan and coordinate the preventative maintenance schedule/calendar for all critical assets and equipment and ensure full compliance and execution.
• Execute corrective, unplanned and emergency maintenance in accordance with specific remediation/repairs.
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with all daily work.
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely, accurate reporting of events and solutions.
• Manage and maintain all inventory levels and records for all critical assets.
