Facilities Project Manager

Innovative Consulting & Management Services (ICMS) is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to oversee the execution of all performance expectations, including safety, quality, and technical requirements. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating facility operations, ensuring compliance, and managing vendors and contractors. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality work while maintaining excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements

• Manage safety compliance for all work performed at the facility.
• Develop and oversee project and vendor bidding.
• Maintain a positive culture and create a culture of quality, safety and teamwork.
• Manage employee work schedules and times off
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Execute repairs and maintenance according to defined standards.
• Manage office moves, custodial services, and grounds maintenance
• Prior experience managing support activities and data tracking systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in managing contracts, budgets, and schedules
