Product Marketing Lead

Product Marketing Lead responsible for executing the GTM strategy for Insightful's Work Intelligence platform, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement through compelling positioning, competitive conquesting, and sales enablement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B product marketing
• Experience in workforce, HR tech, or business intelligence industries
• Strong understanding of human resources, workforce analytics, productivity solutions, and related fields
• Fluency with Hubspot, ProductBoard, Notion, Pendo, and Storylane
• Proficient use of various LLM-based artificial intelligence applications
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools including Notion and JIRA for documentation
