Product Marketing Lead (SRB)

Insightful is seeking a high-velocity Product Marketer to own the GTM execution of its Work Intelligence product vision in the US and globally, driving awareness, adoption, and engagement through crafting marketing collateral and product-connected messaging.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B product marketing, preferably with a focus on workforce, HR tech, or business intelligence industries.
• Chasm-Crossing Mindset: understanding how to lead the shift from selling to early adopters to dominating the early majority.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated success supporting a high-performing salesforce with product marketing enablement.
• Fluency with Hubspot, ProductBoard, Notion, Pendo, and Storylane is essential.
