Head of Quality Assurance

We are seeking a senior Quality Assurance leader to own and drive operational quality across the flexible packaging value chain.

Requirements

• Lead and execute operational quality strategy
• Own operational quality KPIs
• Exercise independent authority on production holds
• Lead and develop QA, QC, and Laboratory teams
• Ensure process capability through SPC
• Execute operational quality controls
• Manage incoming raw material quality
• Oversee quality assurance across extrusion, printing, and pouch/bag manufacturing processes
• Lead rework, hold, reject, and CAPA management
• Authorise final product release
• Own customer complaint investigations
• Govern quality documentation
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead quality training
