Transfer Specialist

interactive investor is seeking a Transfer Specialist to provide product expertise to the Transfers team, handling customer account transfers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Organisation skills to manage daily tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills to provide feedback and technical awareness
• Ability to work through issues and implement changes to maximise business efficiency
• Proactive and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn new skills
• Flexibility to move between different tasks and departments at short notice
• High degree of computer literacy and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Effective use of MI and data analysis
• Knowledge of the regulatory environment and associated risks
• Knowledge of the Financial Services Sector and FCA guidelines
