Job Description
Intercom is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Frontend Tech platform team, focused on improving the user interface and developer experience. The role involves shaping the frontend architecture, technology, and infrastructure of Intercom's product, impacting how teams develop, iterate, and ship high-quality products. Intercom is the AI customer service company on a mission to help businesses provide incredible customer experiences through its AI agents, as well as support through its Helpdesk solution.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience using React to build or support complex UIs.
- Deep knowledge of Web UI technologies (JavaScript, CSS, HTML) and Node.js.
- Proven track record of enabling other engineers or product teams.
- Proficient with standard software engineering methodologies.
