The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, advising teams on legal matters, and managing disputes. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Requirements

• Provide legal advice on contracts, regulatory obligations, and intellectual property.
• Draft, negotiate, and analyze contracts.
• Manage disputes and litigation (with external counsel if needed).
• Train internal teams on legal aspects of projects.
